You grant EPIC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use all submitted content for any lawful purpose.
You grant EPIC the unrestricted right to use your name, voice, image, likeness, and participation for marketing, training, documentation, and future products without compensation.
EPIC uses AI-powered tools. AI-generated outputs are provided as-is and without warranties.
EPIC is not responsible for third-party platforms or services. Use of third-party tools is at your own risk.
Services are provided as-is and as-available. All warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
EPIC’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bald Business LLC from any claims arising from your use of EPIC services.
These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Texas. Class actions are waived.
