Vic Keller is a Dallas-based entrepreneur with a legacy of pioneering 14 recognized ventures. As the brain behind the revered private equity firm KLV Capital and the dynamic venture capital firm Experience Ventures, Vic isn’t just playing the business game; he’s passionate about reshaping it with every move.
Vic is assembling an inventive and robust team to amplify his digital footprint through a YouTube channel, a podcast, and a solidified expert presence online. His mission is to enlighten individuals on architecting extraordinary businesses and achieving success in all business dimensions.
Reporting to the CEO, the ideal candidate will be a powerhouse communicator who will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing compelling PR initiatives, securing noteworthy media coverage, and managing our social media presence-all in support of enhancing our brand’s visibility and brand reputation. We’re seeking a candidate with a passion for crafting compelling narratives, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of effectively managing public relations and social media campaigns.

How will you create impact?
- Manage our brand’s social media landscape, curating content, fostering engagement, and employing strategic measurement practices to uphold and enhance our positive online reputation.
- Help to manage photo shoots including shot list development, scheduling, and final photo selections, podcast production, and videography projects.
- Oversee community management (monitoring and responding to comments and DMs).
- Foster high-value influencer relations, including research, outreach, contracts and briefs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and maximization of PR opportunities.
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends, competitor positioning and regulatory changes that impact our business.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and its impact to the business.
- Provide support at key internal and external events to elevate our brand’s reputation in high touch environments.
What are your skills and experience?
- 3+ years of work experience with social media content creation for a high-profile brand/client.
- Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, or related field not required, but a plus.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to generate positive brand exposure.
- Knowledge of current industry trends and media landscape.
- Proficient in writing, editing, and proofreading, with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong graphic design experience including experience creating compelling social media content through design tools, photography, and videography.
- Passion for live events and creating memorable experiences.
