Vic Keller is a Dallas-based entrepreneur with a legacy of pioneering 14 recognized ventures. As the brain behind the revered private equity firm KLV Capital and the dynamic venture capital firm Experience Ventures, Vic isn’t just playing the business game; he’s passionate about reshaping it with every move.
Vic is assembling an inventive and robust team to amplify his digital footprint through a YouTube channel, a podcast, and a solidified expert presence online. His mission is to enlighten individuals on architecting extraordinary businesses and achieving success in all business dimensions.
You will play a pivotal part in setting up marketing automation software, developing and executing lead email nurture campaigns, creating lead magnets, and establishing best practices for lead generation processes. Collaboration with different teams will be essential to define handoffs, lead scoring, and implement effective sales enablement strategies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in creating and executing a leadership reporting system to measure and optimize lead generation performance.

How will you create impact?
- Set up lead generation efforts for the marketing department.
- Implement marketing automation software and ensure its effective utilization.
- Develop and execute lead email nurture campaigns.
- Establish lead generation processes and best practices for events and projects.
- Create compelling lead magnets to attract and engage potential customers.
- Implement and manage a leadership reporting system for tracking lead generation performance.
- Understand and display brand values.
What are your skills and experience?
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in successfully setting up lead generation efforts and hands-on experience with marketing automation software.
- BA/BS in Media, Marketing, Business, or a related field not required, but a plus.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing lead email nurture campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Experience using frameworks like OKRs, KPIs, RACI, SMART, and SWOT for decision making and goal setting is a plus.
- Deep intellectual curiosity, eager to learn, skilled at connecting disparate ideas into a coherent whole.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
